Apr 01, 2015 The seismic behavior of reinforced soil retaining walls with polymeric strips is examined. A series of 1-g shaking table tests were employed on 80 cm high reinforced-soil wall models. Also, some uniaxial tensile and pullout tests were performed in reduced-scale models to determine the best material to be used instead of polymeric strips in models.

With the slime deck, it will concentrate ore in the 100 mesh to +325 mesh particle size range. The capacity for a lab size Wilfley Table (13A) is between 30 and 50 pounds of feed per hour, with lower capacities when using the slimes deck.

Simple and easy-to-use sinusoidal motions of frequencies ranging from 2 to 35 Hz and amplitudes ranging from 0.05 to 1.4 g were applied to the specimen to obtain the dynamic response of both the retrofitted and non-retrofitted structures.

This study elaborates on the results of a shaking table experiment performed on a saturated sandy slope model. A transparent Plexiglass container was used to allow visualization of the time-dependent ground displacements at different grid points. Using colored sand ...
